1. Product functional failure caused by uncontrollable environmental or external factors.

3. Appearance (natural/non natural) wear and damage, including but not limited to scratches, corrosion, rust, pollution, oxidation, deformation, and other phenomena.
4. Exceeding the product quality assurance period.
5. Use beyond the product specifications that results in product functionality failure, including but not limited to temperature and humidity conditions exceeding limits, voltage/frequency/parameter settings exceeding limits, application environment exceeding limits, etc.

4. Product labels, warranty labels, tamper proof labels/anti-counterfeiting labels may be tampered with, damaged, or lost.
5. The SPD/Firmware of the product does not match the genuine product, or the SPD information has been tampered with, resulting in the failure of product functionality.
6. Product loss.
