Job Responsibilities:

1.Understand product characteristics and manufacturing processes; conduct regular comprehensive evaluations and optimizations of processes.

2.Lead the validation and optimization of parameters, materials, and methods to ensure mass production stability.

3.Establish a professional team to conduct in-depth root cause analysis of NCLI/CAR/MRB issues caused by processes; develop and implement effective improvement measures to achieve and maintain yield targets.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage the production, acceptance, and scrapping of jigs and stencils.

2.Set up, optimize, and review reflow oven temperature profiles.

3.Analyze causes of SMT defects (including customer complaints) and prepare response reports.

4.Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products and follow up on trial production issues.

5.Develop and standardize SMT-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Work Instructions (WIs) and other process documents.

1.Lead or participate in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean production systems at the department/factory level to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

2.Organize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analysis to identify waste in processes and develop improvement roadmaps.

3.Utilize data from MES, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and other systems to identify waste and bottlenecks in information and physical flows.

4.Analyze data to identify process breakpoints, redundancies, and bottlenecks, providing basis for digital transformation and system optimization.

5.Evaluate, execute, track, and implement improvement projects.

6.Guide and support cross-functional teams in conducting Kaizen activities.


Qualifications:

3.Familiarity with SMT, TEST, ASSY, PKG, and electronic manufacturing automation processes; understanding of automation technology trends.

4.At least three years of lean improvement experience; prior leadership or core participation in lean projects with practical experience.

5.Skilled in applying lean tools and methodologies such as Just-In-Time (JIT), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), SOP, VSM, and Theory of Constraints (TOC).

6.Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis, and resolution skills.

7.Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on ability; capable of identifying and solving problems on the front lines.


Memory Product Engineer (PM)Dongguan12025/09/15

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage customer demand projects, overseeing internal solution development, validation, trial production, mass production, customer introduction, quality tracking, and technical support throughout the entire process.

2.Conduct internal coordination work throughout the project lifecycle, including standard setting, entry/exit criteria, and process establishment and maintenance.

3.Assist sales in providing front-end (customer) technical support and communication.

4.Assist sales in providing back-end (internal production, quality, engineering) technical support.


Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop sample plans based on department product planning and project progress; update and maintain sample lists, reports, and product documentation.

2.Prepare product technical materials according to business development needs; track customer sample validation and approval progress.

3.Assist product managers in implementing product ecosystem development plans (including compliance, Intel, and domestic ecosystem certifications) based on product planning and business requirements.

4.Support sales teams in customer technical visits and communication plans.
