





Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage customer demand projects, overseeing internal solution development, validation, trial production, mass production, customer introduction, quality tracking, and technical support throughout the entire process.
2.Conduct internal coordination work throughout the project lifecycle, including standard setting, entry/exit criteria, and process establishment and maintenance.
3.Assist sales in providing front-end (customer) technical support and communication.
4.Assist sales in providing back-end (internal production, quality, engineering) technical support.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2.At least two years of experience in memory module-related roles (fresh graduates may be accepted for selective systematic training).
3.Basic knowledge and understanding of memory modules and related technologies.
4.Familiarity with module project processes and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes; experience in customer business interaction.
5.Strong communication and coordination skills.
6.Positive attitude, team spirit, timely response awareness, agile logical thinking, and good emergency handling skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop sample plans based on department product planning and project progress; update and maintain sample lists, reports, and product documentation.
2.Prepare product technical materials according to business development needs; track customer sample validation and approval progress.
3.Assist product managers in implementing product ecosystem development plans (including compliance, Intel, and domestic ecosystem certifications) based on product planning and business requirements.
4.Support sales teams in customer technical visits and communication plans.
5.Promptly and effectively address product abnormality issues at the customer end; propose emergency measures based on customer requests.
6.Assist Research & Development (R&D) and engineering in fault analysis and root cause verification; support quality departments in investigations and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2.At least two years of relevant experience; prior experience in the storage industry is preferred.
3.Familiarity with storage market trends and industry landscape; understanding of industrial control, IT Application Innovation Market, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) markets.
4.Knowledge of module-based storage products and their applications; understanding of memory hardware/software design and specification parameters is a plus.
5.Familiarity with storage product testing processes and platforms/tools; capable of fault analysis and determination.
6.Strong communication skills; experience in customer visits and relationship maintenance.
7.Team-oriented with timely response awareness; agile logical thinking and strong emergency handling skills; willingness to travel and accept assignments outside regular working hours.
